RockBiz incorporates an alert system that not only warns of out of date paperwork and climbers who have not visited recently, but is customizable to specific customers' quirks.
See all climbers who have checked in for the day, their skills rating, waiver and membership status. Address information and alerts are also indicated. At the bottom of the page view the amount of last transaction, change due from that transaction, staff member logged into this workstation, and the number of climbers currently in the facility. Popular retail items are listed down the right side for quick sales.
Look up customers by entering the first few letters of the last name; a list of matches appears to the right. Enter a comma and letters to extend the search to first names. The advanced tab allows searching by personal, demographic, and customer specific attributes. See "CRM Filtering" below.
RockBiz generates invoices for sale of retail items, memberships and gift cards. Displayed are the customer, each item purchased, the method of payment, change, if any, due. Payments can be split into multiple methods. When OK is clicked on the invoice, the last transaction will update the information at the bottom of the page and return to the customer's page.

RockBiz records every invoice and visit. Click an invoice and view all items purchased, date and payment type. Purchase dates are valuable when assisting customers with warranty or wear issues.

See a complete client history by expanding the nodes on their page. On this partially expanded view see waiver status, current skill rating, the number and dates of visits, and various contracts this person has purchased.
Create skills check lists unique to your gym. Once those lists are entered they display in this grid for tracking client skills. The date and staff responsible for granting specific skill levels are also recorded.
